I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Thomson Reuters (Philadelphia, PA) in July 2013
Interview
Phone screened by the recruiter, followed by two phone interviews with a manager and director leading to an in-person presentation interview with various members of the management team.

Question 1
The most unexpected aspect of this interview was that the hiring team didn't fundamentally understand the position in which they were hiring for. Therefore, they didn't understand certain aspects about what was being explained. Very disconcerting...this product will
ultimately fail.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Thomson Reuters
Interview
Setup by a consultant , it was a face to face interview in a class room setup. Both the hiring manager and HR person were in the discussion together. While the hiring manager looked at the fitment , hr person was asking questions around soft skills
The interviewers explained the position & role. Took effort to understand that candidate fitment and ofcourse industry connects since this was a sales position.
Post 2 levels of interview, both the organization and the consultant went silent on the next steps. Funnily, there has not been a single mail from organization calling for interview or confirming the discussion actually took place - all through the consultant.
