Marketing experience and way strategy to tackle challenges, while the second interviewer didn't even know what I was interviewing for and asked me what, in my opinion where the skills required to progress as a commercial analyst - as mentioned the interview was for a marketing manager role. When I got the feedback back from HR it didn't even mention the second stage of interviews, but it only referred to the first stage. Terrible experience and unfair way of treating candidates
