Applied through my university's recruiting website. Received a hone call with HR followed by an in-office interviewer asked basic technical and behavioral questions. What would you do if a customer couldn't print. What are your steps to troubleshoot. Nothing a college grad wouldn't be able to ace. The office in Ann Arbor is pretty nice, they hire a big group for busy season. Typical support/call center job. Stats rate your performance.

Intern process was relatively straightforward. Phone screening followed by an in-person interview. Mainly behavioral questions. Some focused on the role and experience dealing with customers as well as questions about accounting experience.

Very professional, yet laid back interview. I didn't feel pressured like I was under examination. Everyone was polite, I got a tour of the building, they asked me some questions (and for specific examples) of times when I solved problems and thought outside of the box.

The Interview process took about 3 weeks. Applied online and was contacted by HR to schedule an onsite interview. The onsite Interview consisted of Basic Behavioral questions. Basic questions about how to deal with a specific situation and also your experience on your resume. The people interviewing are very nice and friendly. Its really a smooth process.
