I was asked a list of likert scale questions where the scope of the questions don't make sense in the first place or scoped properly. Likert scale questions are highly subjective. The HR seemed to just collect information from me without knowledge of the role which is not uncommon but also not ok for managerial roles such as this. Also got a reply back to my response such as "you should know this if you did research". Felt a lot of disrespect and lack of attention in the interview process.
