There is a strengths assessment test, followed by a webcam interview where you are alone. If you pass those two tests, then you are invited for an assessment center day at Thomson Reuters where you and 11 other candidates participate in group projects, problem solving situations, and presentations. There is an individual part of the day as well where you are interviewed traditionally, and you have to prepare a presentation which is one on one, and there is a client role playing situation as well.
