Met with management and sat with current employee to listen to calls. Interview was very informal and relaxing. I was only apply for a entry level position, so I didn't expect a tough interview. I was at the company for about 1 1/2 hours and enjoyed the ladies I interviewed with as well. Was able to get a tour of the call center as well.
