I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thomson Reuters (Eagan, MN) in Nov 2014
Interview
Phone interview and in-person session. Interviewed with a number of current employees/managers. The first interview consisted of a sit-down session with two managers/team leads. It was very behavioral focused, asking about my experience dealing with a challenge and how I responded, as well as my work style and what my duties consisted of at my previous job. Also did a "ride-along" where I was able to listen in on the phone calls of a current employee and ask questions about how the day-to-day job duties work. I received an offer within about 7 days.

Question 1
Name a time you were faced with a challenge and how did you respond?
I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Thomson Reuters (Ann Arbor, MI) in Dec 2016
Interview
It was about a 2.5 hour long process. They had me interview for an hour with 2 mangers (2 on 1 setting) and then I call listened with two separate reps for an hour (1/2 hour increments). They wanted me to get a feel for the job. They wrapped it up with a final interview with the head manager for 30 minutes.

Great. For the first round interview, you chat with their HR representative.
The interview was straight forward and easy going. Only the types of questions you would anticipate. They really just want to get to know you and see if you are a right fit for the position and whether you understand the position.
