Initial reply for a phone screen, set a date to speak. Recruiter no-showed, no heads-up nor follow-up as to why. Responded with a calendar invite to choose a better time. Once again, a no-show. Thirteen days later, the recruiter reached out to reschedule. Once again they no show. Wasted my time, very unprofessional.
