Todo fue unipersonal, primero el contacto via whatsapp de la reclutadora, despues una entrevista en ingles grabada y finalmente la entrevista con la hiring manager con cero empatia y mucho desinteres

Son 10 preguntas videograbadas: 5 de hard skills pidiendo dar ejemplos de casos especificos en tu historial y 5 de manejo de equipo
Abordagem feita por headhunter via linkedin e posteriormente via whatsapp para agendamento de conversa inicial via telefone.
Na conversa (que começou com atraso por parte da recrutadora) falamos sobre vivência e expectativas da função, além de compensação financeira.

Interview
There was 4 rounds, first with recruiting and then with the hiring manager, and then with a couple of stakeholders, and then finally the last round was with the hiring manager’s manager, and it was 30 minutes long
Fair process. The HR and hiring manager were present. The usual interview questions about past experiences, strengths and challenges are asked. Verifications of references were done too. The interviewers were pleasant and professional.
