My interview with Tim Horton's was very difficult as an immigrant. I may disclose that I am kind of a slow person. I was in locally develop class. Majority of the time I freeze up when people has me questions. I just take my time to answer.
Straightforward and simple questions like tell me about yourself, why this job and what is your greatest strength and weakness. How do you handle stressful situations? Questions may differ by location.
The process was easy. They asked basic questions, had me complete paperwork, and assigned laptop-based tasks. After finishing the assignments, they began the training process and explained the job responsibilities.
