Interview
I submitted my resume to the assistant manager, who had me fill out a short availability / information form. Two weeks later I got a call from the manager asking I for I could come in for an interview the next morning. I was hired on the spot and my my first shift five days later.
Very easy, explained clear expectations of roles and responsibilities. I was a student at the time so had very limited experience and availability they were able to explain that that could be accommodated
