I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2017
Interview
I applied on a Friday and was called for an interview on Sunday. Went in, they gave me a free coffee, the whole interview lasted about 10-15 minutes. I was hired the same day after the manager spoke to one of my references. Pretty easy interview, I was asked basic questions about what I did in my last job as a waitress/cashier and how many hours I want etc. Overall, not a bad experience.
