The entire interview process took about thirty to fourty minutes. One of the hiring managers took me aside and we sat down inside the shop. He asked me several questions and was very friendly.
Okay but difficult for a person like me since i dont have very much knowledge about being a barista so i dont know anything about mixing and bartending and stuff

The interview went smooth, questions not difficult. Asked about my previous experience and education. If I'm a team player, and what type of work do I prefer. Most of the questions were light, not work focused.
