I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Oakville, ON) in June 2016
Interview
Standard process, got called after submitting resume. Manager asked me a bunch of standard questions, and some non strandard. Didn't get hired. I am only wiriting this because damned glassdoor wont let me look at some stuff without submitting something.
The interview process typically involves several stages, including application submission, initial screening, one or more interviews (phone, video, or in-person), assessments, and reference checks, culminating in a job offer or rejection.
Not too bad, the manager was average and asked some relevant questions about my prior experience and then explained the work situation and then showed me the different section in the store
the interview i attended at tim hortons was quite easy and the questions was very straightforward and easy to answer. I was interviewed for counter staff service and i cleared the interview and got the offer.
