I applied in-person. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Cambridge, ON) in Apr 2020
Interview
Multiple franchises, one was a great interview but overstepped personal boundaries, one never showed up and ghosted me, and one seemed annoyed to even have me apply. Overall very unprofessional and poorly run by franchise owners.
It was a very easy process. In general, it was a lot of behavioral questions which made the interview feel very stress free. I personally felt that it was more like a conversation which made it very easy to sit through and answer.
Good. they asked good questions. for example. Why would you like to work here. what do you like about tim hortons. do you like our coffee. do you know what a double double is.
It was a pretty relaxed and straightforward interview. The interviewer mainly asked about my past work experience, customer service skills, and availability. They also explained the job responsibilities and what a typical shift would look like.
