I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Brossard, QC) in July 2013
Interview
I applied online and within 2 weeks I was contacted by my current boss and asked to come in for an interview. The interview lasted almost 10 mins but I had to fill out a 20ish page thing about Tim Horton's.
It was a very easy process. In general, it was a lot of behavioral questions which made the interview feel very stress free. I personally felt that it was more like a conversation which made it very easy to sit through and answer.
Good. they asked good questions. for example. Why would you like to work here. what do you like about tim hortons. do you like our coffee. do you know what a double double is.
It was a pretty relaxed and straightforward interview. The interviewer mainly asked about my past work experience, customer service skills, and availability. They also explained the job responsibilities and what a typical shift would look like.
