I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Travelers (Buffalo, NY) in Apr 2012
Interview
Originally interviewed for a call center position and was told I would hear either way (after a phone interview, computer test, and in person interview over the course of two months). I did not hear after two weeks of the final interview, though the job was set to start the following week. I finally was able to get a hold of somebody who told me the class was cut and therefore, they had to cut positions and I was one of those. They asked to keep my resume for future positions, which I agreed to though I wasn't expecting anything. Ended up with an interview within the claim operations department about a month later. It took two in person interviews and the process was much quicker and more effective, I was offered a position within three weeks from the date of my first interview. The background check was very extreme and took two weeks to process, but I didn't have any issues beyond that. After the first day, it's very "go with the flow" for the moment, but everyone has been extremely welcoming and offering any assistance possible and has said hi as they pass in the hall. So far, so good.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Describe a time when you were faced with a challenge in the workplace and how you dealt with it?
The interview process was weird. I had multiple interviews in one day. I thought that was strange. There is a manager interview, then a peer interview, and then the final interview of the day is with the VP and HR.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers (Wyomissing, PA) in July 2022
Interview
After submitting my application online, I received an email to take an online assessment. Upon satisfactory completion of the assessment, I was emailed 2 days later to schedule a phone screening. There were 2 Zoom interviews after that and an offer was made a week after my final interview. Overall, the process was easy and you can tell that they thoroughly assess all applicants prior to making an offer. Lots of STAR questions, so prepare for those.

Question 1
Name a time you caught and corrected something that wouldn’t have been caught otherwise.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers (Hartford, CT)
Interview
The interview process was absolutely wonderful. Every single person I interacted with was very kind and helpful. Just a heads up tho, it is a lot of behavioral questions. Look up the STAR method and utilize for your interview. Other than that, the process is lengthy. As they take there time to thoroughly interview a candidate. I went through 3 interview process before hearing decision. Phase one is with the recruiter, then phase two is with the person in charge of your team. Lastly, phase three is with the big boss and senior HR. I really do hope this helps anyone else interview process with Travelers. Good luck everyone!
