Independent role, fits a self-starter, unique work, relatively easy to collaborate with business partners. Pay increases are reasonable. Offered benefits are fair.

Cons

Highly metric driven. Time needs to be allocated to work. Taking PTO is burdensome and results in a mountain of back work and emails. Layers of management between and within departments can be barriers to efficient communication when cross-functional work is the focus.
