Initial phone interview with recruiter (about 20 minutes). In person interview at local office with two managers, plus a current claims rep (about 1.5 hrs total). It took about 3 weeks after the interview to hear back and receive an offer.

Was very quick and straightforward. The management was very encouraging and helpful. Between each step in the process, I was made aware of the next steps and what was coming.

Very long interview process. Applied online, received a link to complete an assessment the next day. 2 weeks later got a call from a recruiter for a phone interview. 2 weeks later was contacted again to set up a zoom interview for the following week. About a week later got called with a job offer starting a month later. The process took 2.5 months from application to first day of work.
