Multiple interviews -
one phone screening which asked basic questions about yourself. the purpose is basically to sell yourself on this one. so make yourself look good.
- one with direct manager to get to know you personally and see the office, and one with the 2nd VP of the department to get to know you as well. then they will bring you back to meet some of your peers and you will shadow them for a little so you see first hand what you will be doing.

pretty normal stuff. They want to ensure you can hold a conversation, are professional and know how to behave in a professional setting . Name a time when there was conflict, what was the conflict, how did you handle it, what was the outcome. etc
