Interview
There were two parts, due to the pandemic everything was virtual. I had an initial phone interview to go over basic interview questions and my past employment. That was about 30 minutes. I had the final interview about 2 weeks later which was a video Skype interview with 2 managers. It was great, they were very knowledgeable and nice. I really enjoyed it and loved the feedback.

Phone interview went well was not too intricate but also asked a lot of questions that didn’t necessarily relate to the role as I would have thought they should have

The first interview provided a lot of valuable information about the position and company. During the second interview, I gained deeper insights into the organization and appreciated the opportunity to meet the division manager.

Interview
I got an interview setup with a recruiter who broke up a 40 minute call into 2 sections. 1st half was for going over the role and actually asking YOU what do you know about travelers and why are you interested in the position? She also went over my resume with me and asked for highlights/summaries of what I did and why I left. The second half of the role was the infamous behavioral interview. which was okay, I'll put the questions down below
