Interview
The recruiter emailed me to schedule a phone interview and then a week after I was scheduled for an actual interview with the Operations Director. Then a second interview with the Operations Manager and a Managing Account Executive. An offer letter was emailed to me soon after.

Basic interview questions, very "automated". All interviews, phone and in-person had scenario questions on organization, desk management and working to meet due dates.

Phone interview went well was not too intricate but also asked a lot of questions that didn’t necessarily relate to the role as I would have thought they should have

Interview
I got an interview setup with a recruiter who broke up a 40 minute call into 2 sections. 1st half was for going over the role and actually asking YOU what do you know about travelers and why are you interested in the position? She also went over my resume with me and asked for highlights/summaries of what I did and why I left. The second half of the role was the infamous behavioral interview. which was okay, I'll put the questions down below
