I had 2 interviews. First was an interview with 2 unit managers and the last interview was with the VP of the department. They asked the basic questions asking for prior work experience and they asked scenario based questions.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers (Morristown, NJ) in Dec 2021
Interview
The travelers interview process is not for the faint of heart. 1st interview was with a recruiter. If the recruiter likes you, you will then get the opportunity to have an interview with 2 managers. The interview was pretty standard they use the STAR method, so brush up on those techniques if it's new to you. Know something about the company, do your research. If that interview goes well you will be invited to a peer interview, and then finally an interview with the head of the department and HR. Although it was an intense process, everyone was very nice and welcoming.

Interview
The interview process was good. I initially spoke to an HR rep out of state, followed by an in-person meeting with two members of their leadership team in the Alpharetta office, followed by a meeting with a VP the next week. About a month after that I was accepted for the job.
