2 step process. 1st one being a phone screening and 2nd one on site interview. The phone screening was a walk through my resume, especially knowing my skill set. The really important things emphasized were my excel knowledge, whether I had any experience in using the Bloomberg terminal and about my projects. The on site interview was a very casual conversation walking me through was was the exact job description and the department requirements. Research regarding the company is a must and that too in ways which would really set you apart.
