I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Travelers
Interview
It was an in-person interview at a conference job fair. I will say that the majority of the interview was more personality-driven than technically driven. I spoke with 4 different people who asked about 5 questions each. They were all very nice and very professional.

Question 1
When was a time that you broke the rules but it worked in your favor?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Travelers (Houston, TX) in Oct 2015
Interview
Attended the Grace Hopper Conference but was emailed a couple of days before the conference to schedule an interview (employers were able to see our resumes because of GHC's resume database). When I arrived at the interview, I was put in a group with two other people. We each interviewed with three other employers for 15 mins. The employers all were slightly "higher-ups"in the company and were always related to the field you were interested in. The questions were all behavioral, mainly asking how you dealt with problems in school/workplace/etc. The whole process was really great, and everyone was so sweet and kind. I'm sure the actual interview process is different but because this conference is so huge and well-known, they expedited the process. The next day I was emailed to head back to the interview booth and was offered a position.

Question 1
How would people describe you as a leader? How about a follower?
I applied online. I interviewed at Travelers in Dec 2018
Interview
Recruiter first asked some preliminary questions about being able to legally work in the US, reliable transportation, and distance from office. Official initial interview lasted 30 mins and consisted of only 4 questions. Pretty straight forward and non-technical. Said I can expect to hear back within 2-3 weeks. I am filling this out same day as interview so I do not know if I will be offered the position or not.

Question 1
What do you consider to be your greatest strengths and your greatest weaknesses? How have they affected you or your work?
Interviewed at Grace Hopper. Two interviewers (both program coordinators, not really IT related) asked mostly resume and behavioral questions. They were very nice and the overall experience was stress free.
