Long! They had me meet with 6 different individuals and at different times. This seems like they need a lot of validation or are afraid to make a decision. How many times do they think someone can take off work from their current job to meet with them.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Travelers
Interview
Had series of 2 interviews. First with hiring authority and then with Division Management.
Both were local interviews. They had multiple candidates. It was a fairly friendly interview process since I knew the local hiring manager. The Division Manager was from the home office.
