Throughout the process, Travelers representatives have been consummately professional. The initial interview was a phone screen with HR, followed by in-person team interviews. Before moving to the in-person phase, there was a fairly extensive formal skills assessment. The main contact has kept me updated throughout.

I submitted my resume and applied online. I had a phone screen that was about 30 minutes followed by an interview. The interview involved situational and technical questions. The interview was about 60 - 75 minutes long.
