UPS HR Manager interview questions

Interview was scheduled via phone with a recruiting coordinator. There was one interview, which took place over Zoom. The interviewer was more than ten minutes late to the interview and then rushed me through my answers so that he could get to his next call on time. He called me to ask some follow-up questions about a week later. He then called to offer me the position on a Saturday evening, wanting me to immediately submit my information for a background check and start work on Monday. I declined the position.
