Interview
I first applied online. then got a scheduled interview on the site. Went in on my interview date, about 35 other people showed up, they just asked for our availability and the shift that we want. got scheduled for another interview and showed up. asked some questions got the job.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
