Apply online. HR will call you if selected. I was interviewed twice. First by an HR rep and then by the part-time supervisor. They want to know if you can work in a fast-paced environment that is physically challenging.

Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
