Apply online. Await a phone call. Talk to the HR manager and follow all of his/her instructions. Walk-through of the operation area while being explained expectations. Take a management aptitude test. Upon results, one is informed of start date to begin work.

It was a straight forward process. You'd have to apply a few time though if trying for or during the holiday's for seasonal work. You can lessen the chances of being hired between the months of Feb thur July

It was simple and straight to the point. Nothing complicated at all. Got the offer after the interview and I accepted. They discuss pay grade and give you a tour of the facility
