Simple straightforward interview, be prepared to discuss your experience in management and answer questions pertaining on how you interact with people. You must pass a simple 100 multiple choice test that evaluates your people skills and basic math (percentages, graphs, charts, etc.)

It was a straight forward process. You'd have to apply a few time though if trying for or during the holiday's for seasonal work. You can lessen the chances of being hired between the months of Feb thur July
