Information about job online, meet at convention center and they have you fill out a form. They call you in one at a time into room to meet with an interviewer (there are several). If they like you, they hire you on the spot. Go early, dress professional.

They asked if I would physically be able to lift a certain weight.
They just asked my name, email address, and address. They did not ask anything about previous experiences or anything. It seemed like they just wanted to know how near/far you stay from the job's location,

The interview process wasn’t to long or too short it was just right it’s pretty straightforward and simple really easy as long as you have an ability to talk properly and process what they are saying to you
