I applied online. I interviewed at UPS (Denver, CO)
Interview
The woman hiring seemed condescending and uninterested. But I got the job so I guess whatever. I can’t recall her exact words but it was like are you sure you want this job? I don’t know how you guys do it. After her their was a nice woman who did a 5 hour onboarding. Overall it was a negative disheartening experience and after working the job the paychecks are always wrong and you have to hound them and the Union gets involved then there is a retaliation. I left and am now at fed ex. Much happier. Much more professional and I have never had an incorrect paycheck.

Question 1
Do you have any disabilities such as adhd hiv aids or other mental bipolar issues that would interfere with the job. Then they asked me how much I can lift. It was a very casual fast interview. Seems like management was distracted.
Asked good questions but it wasnt too bad. Work experience, what you want in a career, and the other common interview questions you'd expect in a pretty average interview at a company of this size.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UPS (Virginia, AL) in Nov 2025
Interview
Poor hiring process. I receive combinations of emails and text with no instruction. I was told I successfully completed the in person orientation and I was never told where to go for it. I never attended. I keep opening help tickets because I get text to show up at a job site and report to my supervisor. I have never been given a name for a supervisor. All the help numbers point mt to i9 help. They just tell me to contact my supervisor. Vicious circle.

Question 1
Typical driving record questions and background checks
Filled a form, Got a call, set the meeting, met with them, emailed back and forth until I ultimately decided to go another direction. Not too bad of a process if you ask me.
