Interview
Took 2 hours with a work and benefits review and a quick interview/ offer process. They offer this job to all applicants with a possibility to move into management. The HR people were very pleasant and walk you through basic duties in the operation.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
