Interview
Smooth sailing. Just looking for people who want to work. Arrive on time, they’ll give you a tour of the facility first and then move you into the interview. They interview one on one. But the tour is usually group.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
