There is a panel interview with the Director of Sales, HR manager, and an Area Sales Manager. There objective of the interview is to make sure you're capable of multi tasking and comfortable with cold calling and one on one selling.

two interviews, quite thorough and went through it well. Lots of questions on personality type and working with others which was also good. Could've been longer though or involve more people like colleagues.
