The process took 3 days. I interviewed at UPS (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2009
Interview
Go through a lot of skill test and if you pass you are giving a panel interview where they give you a sheet with questions on it and you are to present your answers to the panel once you are done with each. After it is over you go to another room and they discuss your answers and decide if you should move on to the next step in the process.

I received the phone call from UPS's HR associate the day after I submitted my resume, and got an interview on the following week.
