All the you need is to go on the UPS Jobs website, fill out an application, be old enough to work, not have a felony conviction, and they essentially hire you on the spot.

Basic personal information like SSN/birth date/etc.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
