I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at UPS (Sioux Falls, SD) in July 2014
Interview
I sent in my application. I got asked to come take a tour. This is when the interview process starts. They have you come in to take a look at you. They do this to make sure that you are physically fit and meet the physical requirements. Show you what they do and a little bit about the warehouse. Next I was called for an interview with a lady from HR. Interview was pretty basic and easy. Next day I was hired and asked to work the following week.

Question 1
Name a time where you had a goal, and didn't achieve it.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UPS (Parsippany, NJ) in Nov 2023
Interview
Everything was done online, there really was no interview, it was just filling out a lot of personal information, background check, back account info to deposit checks, availability to attend orientation to be assigned a position. This was a seasonal position however, not sure how a regular employee interview process would be like.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UPS (Oak Creek, WI) in Mar 2020
Interview
Interview process was quick and easy. A few standard questions were asked and a tour was given. I then made to the final round for a last interview and was offer a job and took it.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UPS (Greensboro, NC)
Interview
I worked at UPS a few years back. I applied and on my resume I put down what I was trying to accomplish in life and what I was studying at the time (PreMed). I still got the plant tour but never heard back. I applied again in 2 months and put down minimal information about my hopes and dreams and guess who got the job. Granted this was a entry level job for a college student, it still showed me that UPS appears to be hiring individuals with no other options. I could be completely wrong on that. The interview itself was not really much of an interview but a job expectation, what you will/can be doing on site.
