I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2014
Interview
Very laid back, seemed as though they'd already made their mind up. Behavioral based, basic questions (leadership, why you, blah blah). I first had a phone interview in which we went over my resume and qualifications. Then there was a one on one meeting with the guy who would eventually be my boss. That was just to feel each other out. Then there was a panel review where i spoke with two people more in depth about what I'd done and it was the next day (or shortly thereafter) that I signed my contract.
