I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Stafford, TX) in July 2014
Interview
You have to go through several different interviews throughout the process. It takes about 4 weeks to start working. They eliminate all the people who are not serious about the job or those they think cannot physically handle the manual labor. The first interview was the hardest for me because the HR Manager looked at me and did not think I could do the work. I'm glad he gave me the opportunity to show UPS what I was capable of. The second interview establishes where they will put everyone. The third interview is mostly about your criminal and work background. The last interview they go over your basic information and tell you when you will start training.
