I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at UPS (Richmond, BC) in June 2023
Interview
Stepping into the interview venue, I was warmly greeted by the hiring manager. Throughout the conversation, they asked insightful questions and listened attentively to my responses. Their transparency about the company culture and role expectations helped me gauge the fit. The interview felt like a meaningful conversation rather than a formal Q&A session. Overall, it was a positive and engaging experience that left me excited about the opportunity.

Question 1
Can you describe a time when you had to work efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines?
Basic but lots of ppl. Long boring group interview. Lots of steps to the interview process for such an easy job. Was not impressed. Had no questions. Got offer instantly just as everyone else, I didn't feel unique or like I stood out
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UPS (Chicago, IL)

The interview is very basic. They hype up the work that you will be doing and how much you will love to work there, but you will be asked to work mandatory overtime and you will most likely start a shift before 6am.
