Lengthy process followed by a strenuous candidate school. Applicants must be in very good condition and able to pass a battery of mental and physical aptitude tests, Applicants should be able to run 1.5 miles in less than 15 minutes.

Interview
I was asked 4 questions about process, risk management, relationship builiding, general knowledge. The interview took approximalty twenty five minutes as I answered the questions short and powerful. Interview was conducted by Teams, and I wore my uniform to ensure professionalism was presented.
