Recruiters are very aggressive about getting "qualified" people into the career field. They are very flexible about when they set their appointments. Mine was very honest and worked with me to get the job that was the best fit for me. I was fortunate -- many others do not have the same experience.

Got a call from them, scheduled a meeting, then show up ,dress up , remember your information and bio , do not be nervous, be confident, knowing what you can bring to the table

A easy interview process. The Army cares about Potential. There is a panel of six First Sergeants and the President of the Board is the BN CSM. There is also a recorder there transcribing your answers

Just listen and nod, recruiters lie but it's all just q mind game. They need you more than you need them, make them work to earn your enlistment, you'd be surprised what you can get from them, make sure it's all in writing
