      Infantry Rifle Platoon Leader Interview

      1 July 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Los Angeles, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at US Army (Los Angeles, CA)

      Interview

I entered the US Army through the ROTC program while a student at a UC school in CA. The initial interview process by a recruiting officer is very similar to the one asked of those enlisting. It consists of background information: education, any legal problems, etc. And they tell you what the Army can do for you: benefits, job security, etc.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

At the time I joined, the Army needed 'bodies;' there was not a difficult question. Just be prepared to disclose your past and be as honest as possible.
