I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at US Army in Sept 2011
Interview
Easy and straight forward with little to no coaching as to which job title to pick from the list of available options at the time of my joining the Army. I had 6 options and watched a video presentation of each job so I could have some insight and then allowed to ask questions after the video reviews were completed.
