      Chaplain Interview

      1 Jan 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at US Army

      Interview

Contacted the Regional Chaplain Recruiting Team. They guided me through the paperwork, of which there is a significant amount, even for a prior service applicant. They scheduled the medical physicals for me. I had to ensure that my endorsing church sent the endorsement to the Chief of Chaplain's office. Once the Chief's office received the endorsement, they worked with me to schedule an interview with an active duty senior Chaplain (Colonel). Once I had the contact information for the CH (COL), I made contact and scheduled the interview.
