The interview process begins with an informal phone interview. The interview questions are simple and based on why you want to work for USAA and why you believe you qualify. In this interview, the interviewer explains the starting salary and basic job expectations to ensure that you know what job you are applying for.
The next step is to go in for the actual, formal, interview. This interview has the typical situation, behavior, outcome type of questions. There are usually 2-3 interviewers in the room along with yourself.
