2nd Phone Interview is set up (if you pass the assesments)
In person interview at USAA (if you are successful in the 2nd phone interview)

That's just it, the interview and the Job don't go hand-in-hand. Ask a LOT of questions about Call Center and Call times and ask to see the floor where you will be working!!! Pay attention to body language of the other employees!
